Dogs and cats weighing less than 15 kg (33 lbs) are welcome to travel in cabin for a fee equal to 10% of the human passenger's airfare, provided the following criteria is met: 1. Pet-in-cabin bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to flight departure. Bookings may be made online or by calling the airline's customer support team. 2. Pets must be at least 16 weeks of age and be vaccinated. Official documents confirming your pet’s compliance (pet passport and vaccination book) will be required by the airline at least 48 hours before flight departure and will be checked again at the airport. 3. Your pet must travel in an aerated pet carrier (21 ⅔ in. /13 ¾ in./ 9 ⅚ in. ) that will be stowed in front of your seat. The pet carrier is counted as cabin luggage. 4. Your pet must remain in their pet carrier the whole flight. 5. If you travel with your pet, you may not be seated in the exit row.

  Most small dog friendly airline

  La Compagnie is a boutique all business class French airline that flies primarily between Newark and Miami, and Paris, Nice, Milan and, I think, Tel Aviv. They are the only mid- to large-size airline to my knowledge that allows pups up to 33 lbs. including carrier. SHAME on all other major airlines. Thank you so much, La Compagnie, for keeping families together. BTW, easy boarding, comfy lie-flat seats, good food and wine, nice flight attendants.
