Pets in the Cabin
Neos Air welcomes small pets (dogs, cats, and ferrets) to travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 22 lbs (10 kg). Passengers are required to provide their pets' health card before they are accepted on board. Wherever you are traveling with Neos Air, the fee for bringing Fido with you into the cabin is 100 EUR.
Pets in Checked Baggage
All the other species, such as wild animals, reptiles, and rodents must be transported as cargo or if the pet and carrier exceeds 22 lbs (10 kg). Pets traveling in the hold will enjoy a pressurized and ventilated area. The fee for pets traveling in the hold is 200 EUR.
For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 19" x 13" x 11" (48 cm x 35 cm x 29 cm). Carriers can be hard or soft with a waterproof bottom and proper ventilation. For pets traveling in the hold, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 39" x 33" x 29" (100 cm x 85 cm x 75 cm). The carrier must be hard, with a waterproof bottom, have proper ventilation, and can't be opened by your pet from the inside. Animals need to be comfortable, able to turn around, and lie down inside the carrier. All carriers should be IATA approved.
Emotional support animals are treated as pets on board.
