Pet reservation must be made with the reservation center at least 72 hours in advance.

Small pets in soft-sided carriers that have a combined weight under 20 lbs (9 kg) may travel in the cabin with Pascan Aviation. Pets traveling in this manner must be at least 12 weeks old. Animals are considered part of the customer's carry-on allowance.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 15'' x 13'' x 9'' (38 cm x 33 cm x 23 cm), must be leakproof, properly ventilated and large enough to allow the animal to stand up straight legged, turn around and lie down comfortably and safely.

The number of pets permitted on each flight varies depending on the type of aircraft you are flying in. SAAB340 accept 2 pets per flight and Autre accepts 1 pet per flight. Passengers traveling with an animal cannot sit on bulkheads and emergency exits rows. There will be a minimum of 5 rows between a passenger allergic to a pet and a passenger traveling with the animal in the cabin.
