Pegas Fly only allows 4 carriers with non-antagonistic pets or 2 carriers with antagonistic pets to travel on each flight.

Dogs, cats, canaries, and shell parakeets are welcome to travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 17 lbs (8 kg). Passengers can only bring pets with them into the economy class section of the aircraft. Pets should remain under the seat in front of you for the duration of the flight. The transportation of pets is not included in passenger's free baggage allowance.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 8" x 23" x 14" (20 cm x 60 cm x 35 cm). They should be solid, well-ventilated, leak-proof, and covered with an absorbent material.
