Small cats and dogs can travel in the cabin with Qazac Air if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 11 lbs (5 kg). Or, you can purchase another seat for your pet to stay in if they have a combined weight with carrier under 17 lbs (8 kg). The fee for transporting animals under the seat in front of you is 12,000 KZT for domestic flights and 17,000 KZT on international flights, while the fee for an adjacent seat is 15,000 KZT for domestic flights and 17,000 for international flights.

For pets traveling under the seat in front of you in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 11" x 17" x 10" (29 cm x 43 cm x 26 cm). For pets traveling in an adjacent seat, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 20" x 14" x 12" (50 cm x 35 cm x 30 cm). Pets must be able to stand up and turn around inside the carrier.

Qazac Air only allows 2 pets to travel on each flight.
