Small dogs, cats, and exotic birds can travel in the cabin of Sun D'Or flights if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 20 lbs (9 kg). 2 small pets can travel in the same carrier if their combined weight with the carrier is still under the weight limit. Animals must remain inside their carrier underneath the seat in front of you for the duration of the flight. Passengers traveling with Fido in the cabin will be charged a fee of $100.

Dogs, cats, and exotic birds who exceed the limits to travel in the cabin and weigh under 220 lbs (100 kg) with a carrier may be accepted for transport as checked baggage instead. A maximum of 2 pets can travel in the same carrier if they weigh less than 30 lbs (14 kg) each. To be accepted on board, pets must not have a bad odor. The fee for animals weighing between 20-110 lbs (9-50 kg) is $200 and for animals weighing between 112-220 lbs (51-100 kg) the fee is $400.

Animals weighing more than 220 lbs (100 kg) with a carrier may be accepted for cargo instead. Contact Sun D'Or International Airlines Customer Service for more information.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 16" x 7.5" x 15" ( 41 cm x 38 cm x 19 cm) in Economy Class and 12" x 12" x 7.5" (30 cm x 30 cm x 19 cm) in Business Class. They should be hard or soft and lined with absorbent material that prevents leakage. For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers must be strong, secure, and contain food and water bowls inside. Additionally, carriers must have proper ventilation on all 4 sides.

Pets are not permitted n the aircraft cabin on flights to Johannesburg, London and Hong Kong. Pets traveling as cargo will not be accepted at Bangkok, Amsterdam, Boston, Mumbai, Brussels, Larnaca, Frankfurt, Moscow, Munich, Madrid, Berlin, Prague, Warsaw, Toronto, Vienna, Budapest, Kyiv, and Rome.
