Animals weighing up to 17 lbs (8 kg) with a carrier can be transported in the cabin. The animal must remain fully inside the carrier throughout the journey, and their head must not protrude at any point. Each passenger is permitted to bring 1 pet on board the flight with them. Pets must be 12 weeks old to travel and only three pets are allowed on each flight. The fee for this service is 50 EUR each way.

Cats and dogs who exceed the weight to travel in the cabin can be transported in the hold instead. Only 1 animal can be transported per carrier. The carrier must be safe and sturdy for transport in the freight hold. The fee for transport in the hold is 80 EUR each way.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 21" x 16" x 8" (55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm). They must be waterproof and soft enough to be stowed safely underneath the seat in front. For transport in the hold, carriers must not exceed 47" x 32" x 35" (121 cm x 81 cm x 88 cm).

Dogs and cats are not allowed to travel on flights to Cabo Verde, no small dogs or cats are allowed in the cabin on long haul flights, and pregnant animals are not allowed to travel on any TUI fly Belgium flights.
