Pets in the Cabin
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to fly in the cabin with Wright Air Service.
Pets in Checked Baggage
Pets can travel as checked baggage with Wright Air Service as long as they are transported in an approved carrier. Wright Air Service will sometimes allow 2 animals per carrier if the pilot deems it safe. Additional baggage fees apply for this service.
Pets in Cargo
Pets can also be transported as cargo. If you are planning on sending Fido in this manner, you must remain at the airport until their aircraft departs. There is an additional fee for this service that varies depending on the size of your animal and travel plans.
Carrier Guidelines
For pets traveling as checked baggage, animals should be able to move around and lay comfortably inside and be provided with water for the journey.
Other Restrictions
XL carriers may not fit on some of Wright Air Service aircraft as they may present a problem based on flight loads. You are responsible for informing the Customer Service Team about the size of your pet and carrier by contacting them at (907) 474-0502 as soon as your travel plans are confirmed.
