Great place for a romp
Lake Baldwin ParkHuge fenced-in park with plenty of shaded areas, including a pavilion and a walking trail. The lake is huge and most of the terrain is sand or dirt with the occasional grassy patch. There is a wash station so you can rinse your dogs off after a day of fun. The owners and dogs we interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially when we wondered whether the treeline area on the left was fenced in or not. We will definitely be back!

A Myrtle Beach staple
Barc Parc SouthWe happened upon this dog park a few years ago while road tripping down the coast with our Shiba - he loved it! Since then, we've added another to pup to the pack and when we stopped in Myrtle Beach we came straight to Barc Parc. It's a huge park with a few different sections, but we enjoy the "all dog" area with the lake in the middle. The park is well-kept and the dogs and owners we've come across have been pleasant and friendly. They have poop bags, trash cans, and benches in the shade on the trail surrounding the lake. Our dogs love to play in the lake, and though I worry about them getting sick we usually see other dogs splashing about and haven't had any issues with the water yet. We can't wait to come back!

Awesome spot for the furbabies! (Rezzies recommended)
Tupelo Honey CafeWe tried to come for brunch on Saturday morning but there was an hour wait for patio seating. It looked like a cute place with a good menu so we decided to make a reservation for dinner instead. We appreciated being seated away from other patrons and our waitress, Amanda, was very accommodating of our two pups. She brought them a bowl of ice water and offered us a dog menu to order a treat, which was adorable. I ordered one item to split between them and they put it in separate bowls for us. Everything was great, our meal and drinks included. It's refreshing to not feel like a burden when dining out just because we have dogs with us and we'll definitely come back next time we're in the area visiting our fave dog park (Barc Parc South) - but we'll make sure to reserve a table ahead of time!
