Great meal on the covered porch
Pelican Reef RestaurantDogs were welcome, they brought them a bowl of water. The dogs loved watching the people on the docks and having a view of the water.
The food was good and we'd definitely go back. Reasonably priced and the covered porch was a comfortable place to eat with our dogs. Deserves 5 bones!
Great Dog Friendly Restaurant
Islanders Restaurant & BarGood outdoor seating and some shade during the afternoon. Not too many outside tables but we went at an off time so it was fine. They were kind to our dogs, brought water for them.
The food was good as was the selection. Plenty of space and grassy area behind the restaurant to walk the dogs. We were glad we ate there.
Great Experience
Callaghan's Irish Social ClubCallahan's is a really old Irish pub in the midst of a cute residential area, definitely go inside and look at all the old pictures and memorabilia. There are tables outside against the sidewalk, covered.
Several other dogs came while we were there. The staff was happy to see each of the dogs, one was known by name ;-) obviously a regular. They gave our dogs a water bowl and were very sweet to them.
The menu is limited but good. We had great burgers. I'd definitely go there again, we were passing through town and found the good reviews on Fido.com. And we agree with them!
Great Experience
Meat BossMeat Boss is pet friendly outside on the picnic tables. The staff were all very courteous and brought our dogs a water bowl. The BBQ is really good and the sides are yummy. We found this a great place to eat as we were traveling through Mobile on the way home from the beach. I'd definitely eat there again.
