Clean rooms, friendly staff!
La Quinta by Wyndham St. AlbansI did enjoy my experience at La Quinta - the bed was SO comfortable and the room was clean and spacious! However, the location made me a bit nervous. I saw someone doing drugs in their car behind the building, and there were a few random grills left in the parking lot from prior parties it looked like. Other than that, i found the staff very welcoming to me and my pup and the breakfast was delish! I'd go back, I just wouldn't walk my dog behind the building again.

Good grass area for dogs
Best Western Legacy Inn & Suites Beloit/South BeloitCarpets needs to be changed, the floor smelled musty. But staff was very helpful and friendly and it was a convenient location.

Helpful, courteous staff
La Quinta by Wyndham DickinsonThe facility itself was great and the staff were helpful. But the walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors partying all night. Also in a somewhat unsafe location.

Good location, pleasant stay, old building
Park Lane Suites and InnThe staff were very friendly. A decent stay for the price. The room was clean, but the furniture was old. Loved the bathroom. Got the sense that they do a great job maintaining the place, it’s just that the building is really old and a bit dingy. Not sure there’s much they can do about that short of tearing it down. I had ants in my room. But I enjoyed the space and the coffee in the lobby.

Excellent facility in a so-so part of town
La Quinta by Wyndham ButteHad a great stay - the rooms were fantastic. In a weird location - it’s sort of torturous for dogs because it’s right next to a big park with fields that doesn’t allow dogs! Thus, you must walk the dog in a sort of sketchy part of town and in the parking lot and just stare at the lovely park. But the rooms were great.

Beautiful location, but expensive
Holiday Inn Express Lewiston an IHG HotelGreat facility with a stunning view. I think $50 is excessive for a pet fee, though. Very helpful staff. Found a shard of broken glass on the bathroom floor. But otherwise this was a good hotel, albeit overpriced.
