Very nice customer service, but…
Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown an IHG HotelMaybe because it was a “dog” room, but the king room I ordered was a filthy queen. The carpet looked like many pets had relieved themselves on it. It had an odor I couldn’t put my finger on. The bathroom had hairs everywhere and some filth under the sink area. It was definitely one of those rooms to wear flip flops only. I was told there was a nice grassy area out back but when I asked how to get there I had to walk all around the building-no back door. Fairly inconvenient. I’m giving two stars because the staff was wonderful and the bathroom amenities were very nice.

Fantastic
Hampton Inn & Suites OcalaThe woman at the desk when we checked in couldn’t have been nicer.
The dog area was quite large with bags and a trash can.
I didn’t have breakfast but it looked good and COVID approved service.
The coffee was plentiful though.
The room was great, as were the beds.
I love staying at Hampton Inns and I’m
Grateful they are becoming more dog friendly.
