Friendly staff but little else
Quality Inn Fairmont2nd floor room in a hotel without an elevator. The hotel was practically empty (6 cars in the parking lot, we saw 3 couples our whole stay) but we were told we couldn’t change to a first floor room because we booked through BringFido. The entry doors were not automatic, so it was hard to deal with lots of luggage. There was no microwave in the room. Breakfast was barely adequate. The room seemed clean until we found a visibly dirty towel hanging in the shower. You might expect this kind of stuff in a bargain basement hotel, but our room with pet fee was over $175. Won’t stay there again.

Helpful staff
La Quinta by Wyndham ButteAfter our first room had not been well cleaned, we were upgraded to a very clean, nice suite, and the pet fee waived, with lots of apologies. We understand that sometimes things happen. The staff bent over backwards to make it right. We would definitely stay there again.

Really dirty
Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane/WestCarpet was old and stained, ac air smelled musty, mirror in room looked like someone flossed in front of it and when the light hit the mirror you could see one swipe across with what must have been a dirty rag. Didn’t want to touch anything after that.
