Excellent

Check-in was easy. Room was clean. No real designated dog area (thought there was going to be a fenced in area for play/run around time). Plenty of doggie potty areas, both on rock and grass. Every entrance had poopie bag stations. As far as the room itself, not so good. Mini fridge made noises all day and night, sounded like it was on a timer. Sink in bathroom was clogged, so slow to drain (fortunately sink also outside of bathroom). The bed had an OLD mattress (no pillow top, no memory foam topper) VERY uncomfortable. Supposed to be a king size, but seemed like they put QUEEN size sheets on instead. Fitted bottom kept riding up/off and top sheet and comforter didn't cover the bed side to side so if you slept with your back to the outside, you were NOT covered. Overall, all pet experience and price was the saving grace for the hotel.
