Alright for a utilitarian stopover

Close to walkable downtown spots, and conveniently next to a grocery store. Doesn't seem the furniture has been updated for a while so it has a 70s vibe: tan, brown, and oak stuff that looked dingy. The light bulbs are bluish fluorescent lights that feel like an old office building. I stayed at another place nearby for about the same price and the other place felt like a much better value.
