Old cigarette smell
Quality InnAs a former smoker, nothing is more revolting than a hotel room smelling of stale cigarettes. Unless the mattresses and carpeting are removed, you never get rid of the smell. I would not stay here again.

The best pet friendly hotel yet!
Holiday Inn Express Knoxville-Strawberry Plains an IHG HotelI’ve always loved Holiday Inn Express hotels whether I travel with my pet or not. This is the best HIE I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, friendly and very comfortable. Big user friendly bathrooms, USB jacks next to the bed, big TV’s and very clean and quiet. Thank you.
