Bad all around

Thin walls. Reservations are done at a call center that can't tell you what's available, so they could only "request" a ground floor room, but couldn't even tell us which room types existed on the ground floor. So we didn't get a ground floor room like requested. ALL of the ice machines are broken, despite signs directing you to other machines. Hallways are not air conditioned - gets very hot waiting for the slow elevator. And the gel pump in the shower was completely empty.
