Preference

It was good but upon getting there I was denied a room upgrade while a woman next to me who had checked out already came back. The guy at the front who was helping me stopped helping me to assist the woman and give her an upgraded room without even asking. She was given a beach view room. I was willing to pay extra but was not given the chance. Very sad but the stay was ok. Next time some equality would be nice.
