Best dog park I’ve ever seen!
Rowayton Dog ParkTrees halfway around the wooden fence give plenty of shade. (Don’t worry, there’s chain link in the fence…) Water station with bowls, poop bags dispensers. Clean, grass on 99% of the area. Gorgeous neighbourhood if you want to take your pup for a walk.
Smallish, but has shade
River Road Dog ParkOnce you enter the park, hang a right until you get to the furthest parking. There are a couple of large tress providing shade. The park was clean. There was a poop bag dispenser, some water bowls and a few toys.
Clean, shaded, chairs for dog owners
Happy Tails Dog ParkAs large as noted in the description. Two large trees give shade, plenty of water bowls but you have to bring your own water. Small dogs are defined as 30 lbs and under, large 30 and over. From the parking lot, look for the Happy Tails Dog Park sign and walk straight, beyond the beach volleyball courts.
Clean, fresh water
Bark ParkOn a stop while driving down I-81. Less than a mile from exit 4A. Clean, three sections: small dogs, all dogs and agility. not much shade, though.
