Quality InnThe staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back on our next trip to visit family in VA.

Just Ok!
Comfort Suites HagerstownStaff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very underwhelming for the price of the stay. I like the fact that the pet friendly part of the hotel was separate from the main floor but because you are essentially in the basement with little or no ventilation the wallpaper in the hall is pelting off in several sections. And one other oddity I’ve never seen before is the bathroom has no fan or ventilation so the light fixtures are covered in rust and forget about trying to get dry after a shower! Why are there no fans in the bathroom?? I almost got the impression that being pet friendly was an afterthought and something this hotel doesn’t take seriously. This was certainly not the most expensive place I have ever stayed in but the not the cheapest either so I would have expected better!
