AVOID THIS BUSINESS

As a volunteer at the Seattle Humane Society and an avid dog lover, and owner I implore anyone to avoid working with this business. When looking at the Woof site, please disregard all the marketing hype – this is an old fashioned, bare bones kennel and the owner Brad Davis is aggressive, rude and hostile with little regard for animals.

I have ended my business relationship with this business for the following reasons:
1) The owner is unstable, lacking any self-control and is aggressive with his clients
2) They will not provide cameras in their facility or pictures of the animals when requested
3) The packages promise 3 walks per day included in the price but refuse to provide any pictures or documentation of these walks
4) When asking the owner for any information on how your dog is behaving during boarding he is aggressive, defensive and hostile
5) The animals are boarded in their crates for 14 hours - which is unacceptable

The last time I dropped my animal off to this establishment he took one look at the owner and ran towards the door in fear.

This, in addition to being hostile with me, is enough for me to know this owner cannot be trusted to care for animals.
