Near park, convenient to freeway
Motel 6 Amarillo TX - AirportClean room. Near park. Very easy freeway on/off. There are loose dogs in the area without guardian nearby (at least when we were there), so be aware. Though they barked at us, they did not approach.

GREAT location, very spacious
Motel 6 Williams AZ - West - Grand CanyonThis Motel 6 is in a fantastic location (Starbucks and Safeway right next door!). The entryway to the motel reception area is large and welcoming, and our room w/ 2 Queens was spacious. The reception team put us on the front floor, near the breezeway, so it was easy to get the dogs in and out. There is a potty area near the breezeway, with bags provided. For the most part, it appeared that people were doing a good job picking up. Also a plus, coffee in the morning available to all guests, and though no microwave in room, there was one near the coffee machines for guest use. Definitely would return.

Good location, lots of grass!
Regency Inn & SuitesClean, comfortable room. Good location near gas and food. Lots of clean, grassy areas for your pup to do his/her business. I appreciate that guests pick up after their pets!

Very well kept property!
Motel 6 Omaha - IAT WestEverything was smooth and efficient. The property and rooms are in great shape. The only downside is that the area is quite industrial so limited options for walking your dog nearby.

Comfortable room, well maintained office
Motel 6 Rock Springs WYOur room was clean and comfortable. The office was very orderly and well maintained. The “back” of the motel needed some upkeep. The grass area was dry and full of dog poop. I also saw guest trash cans in hallway, which though not motel’s fault, should be removed. One unit appeared to be a short term rental. They had a BBQ grill outside their door. There are neighborhoods nearby where it is easy to take dogs for longer walks.

Nice Staff, Motel Needs Work
Motel 6 Elko NVFirst I would like to thank the staff for working so hard to make things right. You were AMAZING! This motel is undergoing a lot of renovation. There are very few usable rooms, and the first room we got didn't have the reserved microwave/fridge we had requested, and it also smelled like smoke. There were no light fixtures in the room other than in the bathroom. The staff was incredible, and moved us to a much better room with a fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, again other than bathroom lights, and lights in the "kitchen", there were no lights in the room other than what was provided by the glow of the TV. Since we are only passing through, and I know how hard they worked to get us this room, we made it work.
Wanted to share this as after a long day of driving, with tired dogs, it's an added thing to contend with. You may want to call ahead and check that you will get what you expect before you arrive.
