Tight location scary to take dog out

Very tight location to park in with that said there is really only one area about 30’x30’ to walk a dog. ANYPLACE else there are a million cans and who know what else? Needles? In the area that has never been cleaned. Won’t revisit. I have two stars because the unit inside was clean with faux wood flooring
