Disappointing

My dog Brody and I were big fans of this place, right up until the day we were turned away after making a confirmed reservation for daycare. I asked for an explanation from the owner, who said it was my fault for not booking early enough, and that the reservation I'd made was meaningless. I was insulted and not valued as a customer and will take my business elsewhere.
