Strange stay
Hampton Inn & Suites Sacramento-Elk Grove Laguna I-5Hotel in good location, lobby clean and nice, room was pretty clean until husband found a sock in chair. If you want hot water you must run the shower or sink for twenty minutes until it is hot. The lady in front of us at check-in was having major issues with clerk. Signed her up for three reservations under different names. We stood for 15 minutes waiting for them to fix that mess. Then another clerk showed up to take my info then told me the other clerk needed to go check our room before we could have keys. Said it would be 10 minutes. After waiting for another 25 minutes, they finally gave us keys.

Very nice
Best Western Plus Cottontree InnWe stayed at this hotel now several times. Never disappointed. Older location but kept updated and very clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything works.

Great experience
Hampton Inn & Suites BolingbrookWe arrived at midnight. Clark was at front desk friendly very nice got us checked in very quick. Helped advice us in traffic for our journey next morning. Room was perfect. We have two dogs that travel with us. Put us in first floor awesome. Would definitely go back. Breakfast was great also.

Best Western Moriarty Heritage InnWe have stayed here over 5 times. Cross country trips. Very clean big parking lot. Truck and trailer parking. Well-lit lot felt very safe. Bed great linens great breakfast good. Cookies at night. Friendly staff.

Moldy bathroom, no breakfast
Best Western Premier Alton-St Louis Area HotelOlder hotel remodeled some. Restaurant under construction was closed, walls around shower and inside of shower moldy. Lights from pool are very bright and shine into rooms with curtains that do not cover well. No breakfast staff called at 4am. They had two hours to round up something, but did not care. Staff barely spoke English. Hotel was pretty much empty. We stayed in a Best Western Premier in Washington state that was marvelous. This location should not be allowed to have even a Best Western brand, no way Premier. Very disappointing.

Exceptional
Best Western Plus Carousel Inn & SuitesOne of the very best hotels we have stayed in we travel for work and stay in a different hotel every night. 3-4 nights each week. Clean, comfortable, very pet friendly. Lots of awesome grass areas. Breakfast also great.

Perfect
Sleep Inn & Suites HannibalGreat safe location. Close to highway. Plenty of grass. Pretty new in excellent condition. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast best of any hotel so far - crisp bacon, sausage, eggs with fajita veggies and mushrooms, salsa and all the regular stuff too. If we come back through this way we will stay again.

Excellent stay
Ten Pin Inn & SuitesPleasantly surprised. Hotel was all remodeled. Clean and everything worked well. Plenty of things for a family: putt putt, arcade, bowling alley, brewery, casino, pool, and hot tub. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Plenty of plush green grass for our four-legged children. Restaurant had excellent food. They also let us check in early. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel
Best Western Northwest LodgeClean room and wonderful staff. We did not have our pets this trip but lots of others did. Great places to walk dog. Great hamburger place next door. Great trucker parking. We will stay again and bring our fur babies next time.

Not going back
Comfort Inn Central University SouthHotel old not maintained very well. We checked in, went to eat before going to room. Came in side door which was propped open for who knows, then the room they booked for us was also propped open. The clerk was coming down hallway. We asked her if there were people in the room. She said no, cleaning lady must of just left it open. We opened door, beds not made and definitely not cleaned. She said she would get us another room. She came back said I will upgrade you give us room with two queens. We had requested a king bed. It was late so we just took the room. The beds both looked like someone had laid on them and a hand print impression on pillows. Carpet stained bad. This was a complete rip off for what they charged. We will never stay there again. Did not feel safe with doors propped open.

Wonderful stay
Comfort Inn & Suites RawlinsThis was like a luxury hotel after the week we had. Everything was wonderful. Staff friendly, plenty of towels, big bathroom with great lighting and big vanity. Two rooms with sofa and then big king bedroom. Very good price easy on and off I 80. Great parking we drive pulling 35 ft trailer. Travel all over country, this was one of nicest hotels we have stayed in.

Awesome, very clean
Best Western Santa FeWe were passing through one night only for business. Had both our dogs with us. This was the nicest hotel we had stayed at in quite a while. Very clean, fairly new or updated. Everything worked and was very nice. Quiet and great parking for big rigs or truckers.

Quiet, met our needs
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tucson EastOne night stay. Bed was great. Bathroom was dirty. Door bolt lock did not work. Carpet fairly new, very nice. Worked for one night.
