Great location

Located right on Gregory Lake steps away from the beach. Some balconies have view of the lake. Convenience stores and places to eat are within walking distance, too. Less than 10 minute drive to Lake Arrowhead and nice trails. If you just need a place to rest your head with friendly front desk staff, I would recommend this place. If you are looking for an ambient getaway spot with your dogs, I would go somewhere else. The laundry machine or hotel appliances were pretty loud throughout the night. It would start and stop over and over. Decor is old fashioned. Felt like a step up from a motel.
