Good location

It was great to be able to back your vehicle within a few feet of the room door and unload everything. The room was OK, could have used a better cleaning. The chair had paw scratches and a few rips on it. I took a picture and showed the front desk clerk, just to ensure he didn't think my dog did it. He was unaware of the chair's condition and offered another. I told him we would live with it for the one night we were there.

Wonderful Hotel

Candlewood Suites Richmond-South an IHG Hotel

The staff was wonderful and made and our pup feel like home. The room was clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The only minus was that we were one the second floor which made it a little more difficult to walk the dog.
