Bad smells

Was supposed to be a smoke-free room, not sure if it was smoke or something else, but the room did NOT smell good.. Shower would not provide hot water and I hate to say it, but the shower stall smelled strongly of human feces - like what you sometimes come across in big cities. So a shower was out of the question.
