Clean and accommodating
Best Western Plus Oak Harbor Hotel & Conference CenterVery nice best western! Clean rooms and lots of grass on the property to walk the dog. Would stay again! Good free breakfast too!

Great views
Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles HarborHotel was expensive and no thrills but I upgraded to the ocean view side and the room was large and clean and the view was amazing! Watching the ships come in while drinking coffee was great! Lots of grass, poop bags, and a walking trail along the water on the back side make this place super dog friendly!

Expensive but nice
Holiday Inn Express Rawlins an IHG HotelRooms were big and clean with comfortable bed and hotel had well maintained grass areas. Pricey but I guess that’s just the area.

Good hotel, sketchy area
Best Western Kiva InnHotel was nice, check in was easy and rooms were large and clean. Negatives were a super hard bed and quite a few sketchy people in the parking lot in the middle of the night and morning, some clearly on drugs. This didn’t bother me too much (hence the 4 stars) because I’m a single guy traveling with a large dog but I wouldn’t want my mom or sister staying here alone especially if they arrived after dark. I was between 3 and 4 stars but ultimately went with 4 because personally I would stay here again because the hotel itself was nice and one of the cheaper ones in the area and very dog friendly with a nice grass area with poop bags.

Didn’t stay here but…
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Fort CollinsLet me start by saying I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, but wanted to leave some stars because I booked and got a call from the hotel saying the last room had been booked a few minutes before my booking. They were super nice and apologetic and I really liked that they let me know quickly instead of letting me drive all the way there and finding out at 1am that I didn’t have a room.

Solid option for the price
Sleep Inn South Jordan - SandyHotel was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Great stop for 2 nights with my dog. Plenty of grass and a poop bag station in the back. A couple of sketchy long term looking tenants but other than that it was a good stay. Would stay again if in the area.

1 flaw
Best Western Mission InnThis hotel was excellent! Big rooms, nice staff, hot breakfast, clean, quiet, and a lot of grass for dogs! The only flaw was the room had a stale urine odor, not like dog pee, but like an old nursing home. This was easily fixed with my car deodorizer I brought in but would probably be a bigger deal for someone else.

Great Value
3 Palms Tucson North FoothillsNothing fancy but very clean and comfortable! Parking lot well lit at night and pretty quiet. Bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Little bit dated but this place was cheap. Would definitely stay again with my dog! Lots of plug ins and USB ports was a plus too!
