Delicious food but awkward layout

We arrived at lunchtime, which was probably our mistake. We were three adults and a cute Maltese and were shocked to find you stood in line to order and then looked for a place to sit. every table in the dog area was full and a very snooty waiter insisted we put in our orders and then wait for a table . I asked why I couldn’t find a table and my companion could order. he insisted it was his way only. I stood my ground an another waiter who liked customers helped me and allowed me to wait. food was really good.
