Great customer service, beautiful views!

We visited this spot with two dogs in tow. The staff weren't just friendly, they were excited to see us coming. We were given a nice quiet and fully shaded spot that overlooked the river. They even brought each dog their own bowl of fresh water. We will definitely be returning!

Clean room, friendly staff!

Novotel Toronto Centre

I've stayed here a few times with my dogs, most recently in May 2019. The staff were friendly at check in and the rooms were updated and clean! The location is great for getting around the city and there is a green space just one block up the road. We would definitely stay here again!
