You’re paying for the location

The hotel rooms are in desperate need of being updated. Our key cards never worked right, it was hard to open and close our door because it was so old. Things in the room were falling apart. There are no balconies, so even though the view is fantastic, you just have to see it from your window with people walking by all the time.
The staff were very friendly. The location is amazing. I just wish that I had known that the rooms were in such poor condition and there were no balconies.
Also, if you’re traveling now, the pool is closed, there are no s’mores kits and all of the sitting areas outside are taped off with caution tape.
