Doggie friendly location
Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlottesville VAGreat hotel, friendly staff, lots of room for our dog to go for walks, grocery store within walking distance, close to a lot. Room was perfect mini suite with fridge, stove top, dishwasher. Shower was also a plus and it was nice having a couch to sit on instead of being on the bed the whole trip. We will definitely be back.

Aloft Richmond West Short PumpWe had a rough start, but once moved to a new room things leveled out. The staff was friendly, the area is great location. Good for short stays with your dog, the second floor for bathroom tripsvin the middle of the night was avlittle of a struggle for us.

Bad Service
Blue Pete's RestaurantTables outside, full of bugs ( which even our dog was attacked and almost carried off) took forever to clean table, have citanella candles but not light to keep bugs away, food was just ok, very greasy. No water for dog, didnt feel dog friendly. Waited long for food just asked for it to go, no apologize for having to hunt down waitress to ring out. Should be zero bones.
