Amazing in everyway
Blue Heron CottagesWe had an amazing stay and will be back. This place has perfect ratings on all sites and we now know why. The cottages are so clean and very well kept. The area is extremely pet family. The whole cottage area is fenced in so dogs can run free. There are many dogs but the cleanliness of this place is incredible. The dog beach is 2 mins away and all major attractions within 10 minutes. Perfect location, perfect staff and the perfect location to travel with your pets. The only downfall of our trip was we didnt stay long enough. All the conveniences of home.

Great Location-gross hotel
Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & CasinoHotel lobby is okay it self. The dog floor not so much. The dog floor is on the 16th floor. You have to rush your dog to the elevator down 16 floors across a big lobby out another flight of steps to a dirty fake grass 4X4 small outside dog relief area. The dog floor rooms are so gross. They do not clean them or repair them well. Completely out dated and NOT worth what you pay. The rooms are quiet but the rooms itself are gross. The hallways have original carpets that are in need of removal. Dogs pee everywhere because other dogs released themselves due to them being way too far to the outside of the hotel. They really need to rethink having dogs (1) stay on the 16th floor so far away from the dog relief station (2) having guests stay in out dated gross rooms like this. Don't expect them to have a dog welcome pack, dog cages or luggage carts as they advertise. If you don't like the conditions of your room you are out of luck. Friendly dog hotel means they like dogs but they don't treat dogs and their humans with care. Pros: Rooms semi quiet and dogs are allowed to stay. Cons: Dog floor is an unbelievable distance from dog relief area. They do not provide cages or welcome bags. The dog relief area is outdated, gross and gate is broken. The rooms are filthy and out dated.

Perfect for pets
The McCormick ScottsdaleThis was our first time bringing our medium and toy size dog to a hotel. We were nervous how the hotel would treat them and if they would behave. This hotel was incredible. Every worker was super dog friendly. They have special rooms on first floor by grass for people with dogs. Rooms are huge so bringing cages is not an issue. The cars are parked by your room so lugging cages and dogs around are no issue. Special grass areas for dogs but the staff made it clear dogs are welcome everywhere but pool. Rooms semi sound proof which is great if your dog yaps a bit. The hotel is close to old town which has numerous bars, restaurants, shops, parks and more that your dogs are welcome to go to. Very pet friendly town. Highly recommend.
