Needs a bit of improvement
Drury Inn & Suites ValdostaThe Drury Inn was recommended to us by friends. The hotel itself was lovely. Unfortunately, the times on the room key card for the complementary drinks and dinner and the times posted in the lobby were completely different by 2 hours. The Room itself had only 1 waste basket and no bags. No plastic bags in the room at all other than the teeny one for the ice bucket. I even looked in the closet for a laundry or dry cleaning bag. We ended up piling our garbage next to the 1 small trash basket. I actually felt bad about it. My husband did not. Next time we will ask the times when we check in and bring our own trash bags, just in case. The last thing I want to do is call the desk and ask for something and then have them knock on the door when we are asleep or in the shower. Perhaps we'll have better luck next time.

Nice room, but NO HOT WATER!!
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Chattanooga - East RidgeWe were very pleased when we walked into our clean and spacious room with our small dogs. After a long miserable day of traveling in the rain and traffic from Michigan, all I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. There was NO HOT WATER at 8:30 p.m. I checked it every half hour for 3 hours and finally gave up and planned on getting up early and figured there would be hot water in the morning. There was NO HOT WATER in the morning either! After a very cold, quick shower we packed up and left. I did tell the desk clerk when we checked out. He said they had been having trouble with it and he had to reset it a couple of times that morning. Well, that did not help me at all. He did not offer any money off of our bill or even suggest money off if we stayed there again. Honestly, I thought that we would be staying there on our way home when I first saw the room. All I wanted was a hot shower and a soft pillow. Room 115 has problems.
Poor customer service response. I would like to add that I have Raynaud's disease and when I get chilled I lose all feeling in my hands and by the time I got out of the shower my right hand was completely numb. Not the way I like to start my day.
