Aggressive dog

The lady with the spotted , aggressive dog today , the one that was using the ineffective shock collar on her dog . Animal control would love to talk to you , next time you are at the dog park you better keep that nuisance aggressive dog on a leash or don’t bring it to the park , and yes I’m watching for you and as soon as I find you I’m turning you in . Anyone know who I’m talking about please let me know if you know her .
