Accomodating but lacking space
Varga BarThis place has great service and brings the dogs water. Please note, however, this is a very busy intersection (especially during happy hour and brunch times), and the outdoor seating is all very close together. If lots of people and dogs walking by or sitting back to back is a problem for your pet, this isn't the best option.

Great food and location
Dock Street Brewery WestOne of the only West Philly locations with real outdoor seating, that being said... the staff at Dock St. is always super accommodating of me and my pup. I try to go outside of super busy times because outdoor seating fills up during normal dinner hours, but the service outside is excellent, and there is plenty of room for dogs to relax under or next to the table with such a wide sidewalk out front.
