Great for dogs
Hotel Indigo Kansas City Downtown an IHG HotelThis place is really cool! Settled downtown minutes away from good eats and the highways. Very accommodating to pets. We have two big dogs and they were super comfortable.
Pricey and Lack of service
Pagosa Brewing & GrillWe stopped here for dinner while in town. If you don’t like doing things via internet then this is not the place to stop for you. You must check in via the iPad at the counter. You must order via your phone and pay via your phone. The only time you get any staff is when they are dropping stuff off at your table. The food was good, but you must purchase sides and even ketchup separately. There were lots of dogs and as has been written they pretty much ignore your best buddy. We didn’t get some of our order because of confusion with the online system. I prefer old school wait staff that talks to me and pets and loves on my dog.
Good for dogs
Super 8 by Wyndham Page/Lake PowellThey are really chill here. The desk clerk was always super cool when my puppy and I went by for our early morning potty break.
Only real dog friendly in Page
Dam Bar & GrilleThis place was friendly and actually loved our dogs. The area was beautiful to sit in and the food is delicious. We visited a couple times during our week. Dogs were comfortable and staff was friendly and brought them water. Only place I would take them.
Great place
Aloft Austin NorthwestThis hotel is in a good location and treats dogs nice! He was allowed downstairs in the bar area. It’s super clean and the staff is friendly.
Far from everything
Hotel Preston Nashville AirportThis hotel was nice but it’s literally 5 to 6 miles to downtown and to any restaurant. The restaurant at the hotel has a limited menu. Dogs aren’t allowed downstairs except to come and go. I liked the 60s vibe it had. It’s a nice place if you want to be close to the airport.
Ok place
Candlewood Suites Galveston an IHG HotelWe stopped here because we couldn’t go where we initially were going to go. They were accommodating. My dog got really sick while we were there and they were very kind in helping us clean up the room. Nice kitchen area made it possible to go to the target next door and make our own food. Can hear everything that goes on in the hallway which is why 4 stars.
Terrible location
La Quinta by Wyndham West MemphisI was expecting to stay in Memphis and thought this would be a good place to stay. The location is extremely hard to get too. It has zero restaurants near it unless you want Cracker Barrel or Applebees. The staff was extremely friendly except for the lady who was yelling at us at the breakfast bar about not having a mask on. We came from a state where that isn’t a thing anymore so we were caught unaware and she wasn’t nice about it. Make you sign your life away for your dog and will charge you if they leave room hairy or if they think your dog has been on the been on the furniture. Only attempt if you are desperate. Spend the extra money and actually go into Memphis.
Love Dogs
ARRIVE MemphisIf you’re headed to Memphis with you dog this is definitely the place to stay!! They love dogs here! They are allowed in the bar and coffee area while you’re having your drink. Truly cool since most places make you find somewhere to leave them. No forms to sign and everyone makes you feel welcome!
