Convenient

We booked a room here after checking out of a hotel in St. Petersburg that we found unacceptable. We wanted a place in St. Pete, but nothing was available through BringFido in St. Pete. We were told this place was the closet hotel they could find to St. Pete. It was in fact right across the bridge in Tampa. Hotel and room were clean. Front desk staff was attentive. All in all it worked out fine. The rate was high but, it was a Holiday weekend. Only negative I noted was the dog walk area in back of the Hotel. If you have any type of Handicap or mobility issues it could present a problem for you. Basically, it's the drainage retention pond for the Hotel and parking lot. We stayed here during the dry season and the pond was dry. If you visit in the summer wetter months you might find little area actually available to walk your dog.
