Very Poor Experience

I was disappointed to find out that my dogs test results came in yesterday and were not delivered to me. My girlfriend had to call to find out that your office had received them. Once, we were told that your office had the results we were told we would have to wait until the following day for a vet to tell us the results. We ended up having to come to your office and demand the a copy of the results. On top of it all we had our normal vet reach out yesterday to your office and request the results of the test as well and she didn’t receive them until we forwarded her a copy. This should not be the process for notifying us our 3 year old dog has Lymphoma, I will be urging people to stay away from your practice after this awful experience!
