Great location, newly renovated, pet friendly, walk to food!

September, 2019 - I was in Canton, GA, for a dog competition and had 1 night stay at this Motel 6. Very impressed! I travel a lot with my 60 lb. Belgian Malinois and this isn't the typical Motel 6. Beautiful job on the renovation; new floors, bathrooms, etc. Very nice staff & is right off the exit to I-575, walk to several restaurants, gas & Walmart. They have a nice pet walk area in back & plenty of grassy areas along road to walk your pup. No pet fee!! Only request is to add mini frig to rooms, but I knew they weren't included in most Motel 6 locations. There was vending & ice machine & staff honored my request for a ground floor room near the exit for my dog …. 5 stars!!!

Worst hotel ever!

Will never use Stay America in any location after horrible experience in Alparetta, GA. I made a 1 nite stay reservation (Wed.) and needed to switch it to Thursday And they refused to help! Called Bringfido & they made 2 attempts on my behalf but Stay America refused... even when the new resv was for more money! Mnmgt was rude, unprofessional & uncaring to customers needs. It could've been a 2 min fix for them to release the resv back to Bringfido so they could switch 1 date & reserve the new date, but chose to not help us at all. Even the Bringfido rep was surprised at this behavior & stated usually hotels are more accommodating! Now must dispute charge thru my visa card. Used Motel 6 in Canton, GA. Was beautiful, newly renovated & very nice staff...no pet fee!
