Won’t Be Staying Again

It is sad that this facility is going downhill. The staff have been wonderful but the buildings and landscaping is a mess. Our electronic keys didn’t work the first night, staff came out and said the battery in the door needed replacement. The second night as we are standing in the rain they didn’t work again. Staff came quickly but there is obviously a problem. The interior of our room needs new tiling. It’s clean but the grout is past its day and looks dirty. The furniture was adequate but the refrigerator is loud and could use help. The rooms have small kitchens and and are minimally stocked. I pulled one knife out and it looked rusty. Their internet is TERRIBLE and unless you want to pay extra forget it.

This is Southern California and landscaping should be lush but instead it needs care and tending.

The dog area didn’t have doggy bags and hasn’t been restocked in two days. The dog area is full of burrs and there are culverts that have trash in them.

The location is a great and it should be a prime spot. They are remodeling the lobby but the whole place needs sprucing up. We won’t be staying again.
