Charlie's KitchenThis place had great reviews not only on BringFido but also on Yelp and Google. We walked in at around 8:30 on a Friday, and boy was it a mistake. This place is basically a club. The staff was undertrained and had no clue what they were doing, the lack of space we got for two dogs on the patio was shameful, and the large patio out back is not available for the under 21 at night. The food was just bad. There was no care or thought put into the production of our tasteless plates. Our waitress also requested we tip in cash to “make my life easier”. Excuse me? We’re not here to make your life so much easier. The lack of food quality and staff training here is shameful.

Not Dog Friendly!
The Kitchen on River RdWe arrived in hopes of getting a small kitchen type restaurant with great food, considering we have one like that near our house where we live. Unfortunately, no patio or outdoor seating. Therefor , not dog friendly!

Awesome Place!
Jolly PumpkinWe live in the Metro Detroit area so this is always a must come with our dogs. The pizzas are great, burgers are great, the fries are TO DIE FOR, and the staff is very friendly. Our dogs love as well!

Not to Judge a Book by it’s Cover but...
Capitol Oyster BarWe didn’t even go in. It had a horrid stench outside, you have to go off-road to get to the restaurant. The patio in the back looked like it was going to collapse at any minute, as it was rocking back and forth. Would not suggest. Granted, we didn’t go in to see anything, but I think we saw enough from just the looks.

Amazing Restaurant! Highly Suggested!
HerbsaintThis place is AMAZING! Their food is soooooo good! The staff is very nice, and they bring water bowls to your dogs. The seating outside is very nice. The gumbo soup is amazing, and the spaghetti is really good too! This place is on our checklist for next time, so if your looking for amazing food with great staff for you pup, this is the place to go in NOLA.
