The BEST!
PINEMARK Inn Suites EventsI loved everything about this friendly Inn. The staff were so nice. The room was amazing! Very clean. Beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable. The fenced area for pets was very nice. I will definitely be staying here again.

I had higher hopes
Best Western Santa FeI was initially impressed with the room. Appeared nicely decorated and clean. Strong deodorizer smell. After 5 minutes I realized WHY the deodorizer was so strong. They were trying to mask the urine smell. It had to be the strongest urine smell I have ever encountered. It wasn't just one dog that had an accident. It was probably every dog that has ever stayed in the room. I almost left at 3am but didn't want to be driving at that time of morning. Absolutely awful. That said, the front desk was very nice. I did not voice my concerns to the hotel staff. I should have but I just kept hoping the odor would dissipate. Housekeeping should be ashamed. I really don't think it's safe/healthy to breathe that ammonia smell.
