UPDATE: The Pottery Barn were FANTASTIC with Hugo! We had a lovely time and felt very welcome.

I called Pottery Barn to double check their pet policy. The person who answered the phone was uncertain so they asked the manager. The response was, "The mall allows it." To clarify, I asked, "So, does Pottery Barn allow dogs? Yes or no?". The response was, "We don't encourage it because some people are allergic." I'll report back once Hugo and I visit.
