Not what we had expected

While the front desk person was helpful and professional and the location was good, our room was less than good. There was a mildew smell in the room and one of the lamps would not work at all, leaving the room dark. The roof was being replaced and the walkway was covered with debris from old or new shingles. We were given a different room but the same mildew smell was present in that room. We were grateful that the front desk clerk agreed to refund our payment.
