Comfortable Place to Stay
Red Roof Inn St Louis - Troy ILAfter a long day of driving, we reached the hotel late at night with our one year old Aussie and 16 year old Pomeranian mix. The staff was kinds and courteous. We had a first-floor room with hardwood floors. It was a little hard for our senior dog with hip problems to cruise around. We were right next to the lobby, but the room was quiet. We still kept the t.v. on so our Aussie wouldn't bark. The bed wasn't that comfortable but there was plenty of room for all of us. There were grassy areas surrounding the hotel that made for easy bathroom breaks for the girls. Breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins, yogurt, and fruit. It was a good quick breakfast before heading back on the road. It was a comfortable place to stay on our road trip.
Great Stay for an Overnight
La Quinta by Wyndham Denver Tech CenterWe stayed here with our 1 year old Aussie and 16 year old Pomeranian mix. We had a nice first-floor room that was near the lobby. It was a large room with a comfortable bed that fit all of us. There was a secondary door that led out to a grassy area around the pool for bathroom breaks. There were doggie poop bags and trash cans for easy cleanup. The staff was nice. It was the first time our Aussie has stayed in a hotel. The noise from the kids playing in the pool would make her bark, but we turned up the t.v. a little and that seemed to help. We had to head out early so we missed breakfast. But it was a great stay for a quick overnight trip.
