Just OK
Super 8 by Wyndham Madison/Hanover AreaWalls are thin and the rooms aren't exceptionally clean, but it's reasonably comfortable. There's lots of grassy area around the building to walk your dogs.

Great if you just need a bed for the night
Charleston Creekside InnIt's the closest, least expensive pet friendly hotel that's close to Charleston Veterinary Referral Center. The shower handle and bathtub spigots were almost falling off the wall. And it was almost impossible to turn the water completely off. One of the light bulbs was out and a few of the outlets didn't work. Has a cute dock and outdoor space overlooking a little river marsh, though.

Great all the way around
Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District an IHG HotelFriendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable. On-site bar and restaurant. Pet friendly rooms are on the 2nd floor which is the same floor as the rooftop pool and fitness center. I felt completely comfortable walking the dogs at night. Great location. The only thing I wasn't aware of before I arrived is that valet parking is the only onsite option and it's $34/night.
