Nice room in a decent hotel

Would be five bones but on our second night a belligerent street urchin was able to enter the elevator with my girlfriend alone and began acting inappropriately, his face inches from hers! Luckily she was able to open the elevator door and escape running through the lobby to the outside where I was with our dog. Telling me what happened, I immediately went into the lobby where the guy was just standing there nonchalantly talking to the front desk? Where was security?? It took my yelling and dropping f-bombs to get the guy to leave. Still no security in sight??? The night manager gave us the yada yada, blah blah blah "there's nothing I can do, you booked through a third party" BS and brushed it off like my girlfriend was just scared that a homeless person entered the elevator with her. A quick call to BringFido got a lot more empathy to our situation resulting in a formal apology from the hotel management the next morning and the reassurance they're looking into their practices. Let's hope as it's a nice hotel… just needs more security to keep the riff raff out.
