Dumas La Quinta
La Quinta by Wyndham DumasLarger than average king studio room. Very clean with no dog odors or hair. Very good breakfast bar. Adequate green space for dogs.

Excellent stay
Home2 Suites by Hilton Biloxi North/D'IbervilleThis was our first stay at a Home2Suites. Our king suite with kitchen was twice the size of most of the king suites we have stayed in. Room was spotless. No evidence of dog odor, hair or stains. There is a two acre grass field out the back door for walking dogs or playing fetch. The breakfast had waffle makers, breakfast sandwiches and excellent coffee. The staff was most friendly and efficient. I will look first for a Home2Suites in future travels.

Great location
My Place Hotel - Amarillo West/ Medical Center TXWe spent one night with two dogs. First the good. Very clean, quiet room. Great location off interstate with 3 road house restaurants right out front. Now the not so good. For a dog friendly hotel it attracts that low class inconsiderate type who doesn’t pick up after their dogs. The grassy areas were covered in dog poop. Watch your step!

Great stay
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Shreveport Bossier CityStayed with 2 doodles. Friendly staff. Good location off I-20. Has kitchen with utensils etc for in-house meals. Very clean. Quiet. Plenty of grass around parking area to walk dogs. Also 2 large grass lots adjacent. Most impressed by very little poop on ground indicating that no/low class individuals who don’t pick up after their dogs do not stay here. Or maintenance does great job keeping area picked up. Would recommend and stay here again.

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wichita Falls Event Center NorthWe have stayed at multiple La Quinta Inns while traveling because they are dog friendly and nice. This Inn has to be at the bottom of the chain’s list. On check in the toilet had poop in the bowl. The whole complex is grimy and is well past the need for refurbishing. There were many beer and alcohol cans in parking area. The popcorn ceiling is falling off in room. After a long day on the road so disappointing to experience this. Look elsewhere for a room.
